Return Window

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
Return Process
Email info@babyartposter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
